Where is Shakespeare buried?

In the Church of the Holy Trinity in Stratford-on-Avon. There is a sculpture of Shakespeare (one of only a very small number of images with any hope of being accurate) on the monument. The inscription reads (the spelling and punctuation have been modernized):

            Good friend, for Jesus’ sake forbear

            To dig the dust enclosed here.

            Blest be the man that spares these stones

            And curst be he that moves my bones.
