Havcen't seen it, but if you can see it again (or rent the video when it comes out), you'll find titles, composers, and performers listed near the end of the closing credits (after you've waded through the extras, gaffers, special effects people, etc.). It could be anything, but if you're looking for existing classical music on Shakespeare themes, the best R&J is Prokofiev's ballet score (there are several suites), followed by orchestral excerpts from an otherwise formless symphonic oratorio by Berlioz, and a short but well-known tone poem by Tchaikovsky.
