It doesn't really matter if Shakespeare really wrote his works or someone else did. Even if his writings were not genuine, no one can fault the genius and perfection of the work. Literature is awash with true and untrue tales of writers and hacks borrowing, adapting, or outright stealing other writers works. The point remains that all we can really do is just enjoy this stuff and leave the speculation alone. After all, all the witnesses are dead by now.
