has a Hebrew meaning that surely Shakespeare knew.
(I've found plenty of Hebrew in Shakespeare.) But I cannot imagine how relevent you will think the meaning is to chemistry. Ban Quo means 'any how' which is an ironic comment on Macbeth's attack upon B's dynasty.Posted by Florence Amit on March 25, 1997 at 11:17:13
