Sir Thomas More

Where can I find more information about a play in manuscript, "Sir Thomas More," which apparently was composed by a number of different playwrights, each writing a different portion. It is thought one section might have been written by Shakespeare, in which case this is his only surviving manuscript.
I'm fascinated but can find little information. Does anybody know more about it? What is the prevailing opinion about this manuscript?
