I don't think so...

Well, "Kinsmen" has a lot in common with MSND, and it feels like it sometimes, but I'm not sure it is a "Dream Play". Isn't Ceasar a ghost, not a dream?

I am stumped. One of my friends is into the "SandMan" comic books and she said that in one episode, the The Sandman visits Shakespeare and tells him that he will send him wonderful dreams so that he can write famous plays that will be remembered and discussed for centuries. In return, Will must write three dream plays for the Sand Man. The only one they talk about is Midsummer- which The Sandman and all of his fairies attend. Puck puts the actor playing Puck to sleep and actually plays the part himself.

Now, the writer of the comic may have just pulled the number three out of the air, but if there is an answer, I would like to be able to find it for her. She's very bright and the curiosity is driving her crazy. Thanks for your help, Hamlet. If you have any more ideas let me know!
