I don't agree with you, but here's a suggestion

I personally don't agree that any of the characters you
listed ever had sex with each other (ok, maybe Hamlet and
Ophelia, but I'm still not decided on that). However, in
the 1960s, Charles Marowitz wrote a collage version of Hamlet,
cutting and pasting the text, presenting his own views of
the play. In Marowitz's version, there are definite suggestions
of Claudius and Ophelia and others in sexual relations.
Whatever you're planning to do with your idea, I have no clue,
but it might be interesting for you to look at Marowitz since
he seems to agree with you (he may be the only one). You can
find the collage in a one-volume edition called The Marowitz
Hamlet, or in a edition called The Marowitz Shakespeare, which
contains the collages he did of other plays as well as the
Hamlet one. Good luck--you'll need it.
