Hamlet:justice, revenge?

I have to write an essay about whether Hamlet is too much a student of justice to be an effecive instrument of justice. What do u think? Does this mean that he thinks too much about it to act? And whats all this about procrastinaiton, he acted effectively with Claudius' murder. Also revenge, do u think it was wrong or right for Hamlet to avenge his father's murder. Did the revenge satisfy justice? And what on earth does it mean about appearance and reality, I'm totally confused! Please help!
