Are they still assigning this silly topic? Shakespeare wrote Shakespeare, that's who. There is absolutely no reason to think otherwise, and the dozens of books that say otherwise are all written by people who think the earth is flat and Elvis is alive. Keeping that in mind, reading their paranoid ramblings can be entertaining, so go to the nearest medium-sized library and look up Shakespeare, Willism - Authorship Controversy.
