Hamlet's Soliloquy...... Why is it so famous?

I need to know what type of Poetic devices etc that makes
the 'To be, or not to be:' speech so successful.... I have
written about half the essay I'm just stuck for ideas at the
moment.....

Also the essay is in relation to self-identity any help on this
bit would be appreciated as well... for the same reason....
