There is an entire book written about ...

superstitions and Shakepseare's plays. Sorry but I don't know the name of it.
Evidently, half the book is about the Scottish Play.
Go to any University library and find a helpful librarian.
Bind them to you with hoops of steel. Their help will be invaluable.
I don't beleive the superstition myself, but I'm not taking any chances.
