You probably already know the basic idea of Puck's mixup. Oberon told Puck to apply the magic juice to Demetrius' eyelids ( describing him as a man dressed in Athenian garb) so that D. would fall in love with the devoted Helena, however, Puck goofs up and juices Lysander's eyes instead. When he wakes up, Lysander is ga-ga for Helena and not Hermia. I think that the dialogue is what makes the scene, and the insults that get excd between the women.
