Whence rumor?

I don't know where you got this bit about Emilia and Othello;
certainly not from Shakespeare. As for his motive: it must
have been jealousy of Cassio. If he was in love with Desdemona,
he wouldn't have gotten her killed. I don't know just why you
blame Emilia; she was just an innocent pawn.
