Shakespeare is still being consumed, produced and reproduced.
I am searching the works which are reproduced on the basis of
Shakespeare's plays (it is to be my PhD thesis). In practice, I
am planning to compare and contrast the original works and the
reproduced texts. On the other hand,(and more difficult part
I believe) I have to establish something in theory which
will answer the question how and why some modern writers choose
their themes from Shakespeare? What is their intention when they
interpret Shakespeare again and again? Is it a materialistic concern
or is there something more behind ?
Please help me in finding hte works and also resources which may be helpful
