Romeo & Juliet's Death: Fate, Parents, or Themselves

I need some more examples for each of the following opinions:
Deaths were caused by fate.
Deaths were caused by Capulets and Montagues (the parents).
Deaths were caused by R & J themselves.
Some obvious examples I know already, like "star-crossed lovers,"
but I'd appreciate any and all obvious examples, just so I have
them all on the same list to look at at one time.
