Any thoughts on the social impotence of Shakespeares warriors

Im interested in any thoughts about the social impotance of Shakespeares warriors. For example, Henry V has no problem rousing his troops in the St. Crispian speech but, even if she could speak english, can't tell Katherine how he loves her. Any examples will be appreciated
