No one knows.

There are surmises based on known performances, but there is really no way of knowing. Some fo the later ones (Hamlet, Lear) may have been drafted earlier and revised before their known later performances. Some of those that are thought to be only partly by Shakespeare may have been completed by others after Sh's death or retirement -- or may in fact be juvenilia taken up and completed by others.
