What do you mean "all time best?" Most moral? Most "good?" Most real? Most sympathetic? Most interesting? Niftiest character? I would say she's probably in the top ten -- but there are a lot of interesting female characters in literature (to say nothiing of in Shakespeare) and I'd hate to have to rank them.
