Doing research project, in search of informative web site...

I have been assigned a Shakespearean research project in school...
I am looking for a website that might have important dates,
important occurrances in Shakespeare's life, info about life
style, and any other information that I could use in an overall
report on the above subjects... I am new to the web, and AOL, so
can someone please help me? I would greatly appreciate it...
