Lady Macbeth: Why suicide?

I am writing a short essay about why Lady
Macbeth committed suicide. I think it is
because she realized that Macbeth's reign
was about to end and her ambitions for him
would be no more. Guilt had begun to grow
in her (Act V, Scene I) until she could not
even stand to live.

Am I on the right track? This paper is due
Thursday, so I would appreciate any help
soon. Thanks in advance.
