Here's how

It's not Shakespeare, but Elizabeth Barrett Browning, the opening line of a poem. For similar problems in the future, go to any library and ask for The Oxford Book of Quotations or any similar collection: they list famous lines and have an index of key words (so you would look up, say, "count" and be sent to this one).
