It's not that you are dumb -- most high schoolers are a lot more mature than popular society is willing to give them credit for, especially when they are presented with a situation that calls them to act mature. In other words, when high schoolers are treated as though they are mature and intelligent and can handle sophisticated discussions about controversial issues, my experience is that they will.No, the only one that is insulting the intelligence of high schoolers is the administrators when they ban good stuff like MoV!
