Come, come...

This looks an awful lot like a homework assignment, word for word.
Comparing speeches is pretty simple.
Go to the text.
Figure out what's there, why it's important, etc.
As far as character changes- Lady MacB starts out as quite the
dominant, not-afraid-to-voice-her-opinion-type woman.
Then she goes crazy.
Pretty drastic.
As far as reasons for the change, you will want to pay particular
attention to her relationship with her husband, and you'll definitely
want to watch who plans whose murder...
Start with that, come back, I'd be more than happy to help
you elaborate on your ideas!
