Self Defense

Brutus's justification was that Caesar was about to be given absolute power by being made emperor, and that he was the sort of person who would abuse that power by becoming a dictator. So you'll have to find evidence in Caesar's personality that he was potentially dangerous, so you can make the case that B was protecting Rome from a great danger.
