Sonnet 151 what does rhyme do to the meaning?

To whom may help:
I am most troubled with my sonnet explication. Sonnet 151 has few breaks from exact rhyme, but on lines 5 and 7 near rhyme is used. I'm having a hard time figuring out the reason Shakepeare used near rhyme here and the meaning behind it. Thank you for taking the time to look over my question.
Most sincerely,
Lily
