Cassio. Even Othello wasn't stupid enough to believe that she was cheating on him with Roderigo. I mean, if she wanted to , she could have, because even Roderigo was a more suitable husband for Desdemona as far as her dad was concerned. Iago's purpose was to get revenge on Michael Cassio, whom he suspected of having sex with Iago's wife Emilia, as well as getting the promotion that Iago wanted for himself. hope this helps.
