Cassio

"Cassio's a proper man". Therefore he is a great candidate
for Iago's manipulation. Cassio also seems to be sort of a ladies'
man, kissing hands, placating Bianca, etc. Roderigo is an idiot. Obviously,
Desdemona' father has shooed him away from her, even though he is
one of the wealthy curled darlings of Venice. Othello would never be stupid
enough to envision Desdemona with Roderigo. By the way, Iago thinks that Othello slept with his own wife
but there is NO support for that in any of Othello's speeches.
