Since you obviously have nothing physically in common with this character, look for feelings. You know how you act when you're sad, happy, angry...focus on that. People use similiar facial expressions and postures when they're feeling certain ways. Also, the audience is probably going to know that you're not a man, but you can do your best to fool them. Men walk differently, hold themselves differently, old men may hunch over a little. I hope this helps a little. Just remember that you were cast the part for a reason, maybe there's a certain old-manish quality about you or something...just kidding...what I mean is, the person that cast you obviously thinks you can do this part.
