Hell hath no fury...

The quote is not "hell hath no fury, yada, yada, etc...."
The correct quote is from a play called "The Mourning Bride" by
William Congreve, 1670-1729. And it runs something like this:

ZARA: "Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned,
Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."

The complete quote you mentioned features in the Tom Stoppard
play "The Real Inspector Hound", but it too is an incorrect
translation of the above quote.
