Oedipus, schmedipus...

That whole parallel is a load of crap that the producers
of the movie threw in to liven up the action. There is
no indication of a sexual relationship between Hamlet and
his mother and Hollywood directors that imply anything so
unjustified should keep their own Freudian fantasies to
themselves.
