I would be surprised if you will find this made to order although the various elements of your assignment can be found aplenty. Also the three kinds of love are certainly adoptive to Shakespeare, except that instead of calling the second one 'practical' I would substitute the concept of 'family'. Your teacher seems to have had a different kind of teacher than I had. This has not helped you very much, but maybe it will guide you toward the right place.
