Sondheim? Huh?

That's not Sondheim, that's Aristophanes! Shakespeare
and Shaw are definitely not the playwrights, Aristophanes
predating him by 2000 years; it concerns Aeschylus and
Euripides. Aristophanes concludes that, though
Aeschylus is occasionally obscure and repellent, Euripides
has debased the art of tragedy. Therefore, Bacchus
selects Aeschylus.
