Themes in Macbeth: Babies and Children

I am in a Shakespeare class and have been asked to note all references to babies and children in Macbeth. What are they, and what do these references suggest individually? What might they mean collectively? How do Lady Macbeth and Macbeth feel about children? Thank you for your thoughts.
