The reason that Othello is jealous may simply arise from his own personal conflicts. Othello does not seem to know his own worth and it makes him constantly insecure. Why would Desdemona marry him? Maybe it's just because of his military standing? What if she never loved him in the first place? Questions like these seem to plague him all the time. He can't possibly blame Iago when he thinks that he is the one that has a problem. Just wrote in Agnew's Service Station for fun.
