What a good idea for a term paper!! You might also look at Paulina's treatment of Leontes at the end of the play, also her treatment of Hermione and Perdita, etc. She almost comes across as a fairy godmother type. The play also has the element of the Cinderella story with Perdita at the sheep-shearing (when Polixines comes in is like the clock tolling midnight) and she also has her Prince in Florizel. Good luck ont the paper and have fun with it! It's a great story!!
