I'd do Iago, if I were you. Actually, I have a paper on that due myself. Anyways, I think you can analyse his motivations (by the way, take any stand yoiu like on that one: some of the ones that are out there (supported or not):)
1. he's jealous cos he thinks his wife Emilia slept with Othello (s)
2. he's jealous cos he thinks she also slept with Cassio (s)
3. he's jealous of Cassio's promotion over himself. (s)
(there's also that theory that he was inlove with Othello and that's why he did all that -- jealous that he got married or something, but I don't think that's quite it -- or the whole racism thing).
