I found this great book

The book is titled The Slilioquies in Hamlet by Alex Newell. It has all of the soliloquies and they are analyzed. There isn't much paraphrazing in it. But it helped me get a better understanding and all of them are pulled out of the play. It makes them easier to identify. I hope it helps. paulette
