YES AND NO

Of course she didn't know about Claudius killing her husband, but she is also guilty of the sin of incest for marrying her husbands brother. There is no way that she could have known about tClaudius's murder of the king. Mostly--because while claudius goes berzerk when he sees the players play, Gertrude is calm! END OF STORY
