The Winter's Tale--Performance History

There's an entire book by Dennis Bartholomeusz on the performance history of the play, running through 1972 or thereabouts. The most recent edition of the play, Stephen Orgel's in the Oxford Shakespeare, has a section on performance history as well. There's also an excellent chapter in Roger Warren's book Staging Shakespeare's Late Plays dealing with Peter Hall's National Theatre production in 1988 and a roughly contemporary production at Stratford, Ontario. I have plenty of other sources, but no time to list them now.
