How about these?

1) The symbolism of poisoning through the ear.
2) Hamlet and the Oedopus Complex (There's plenty of discussion
on this topic throughout all three discussion pages)
3) Hamlet as a play on love (show how all the death comes about
as a result of love lost or love betrayed)
4) The "mole of nature" (I.IV.24: demonstrate how reputations
are harmed when characters begin labeling each other as one
thing or another)
5) And speaking of labels, what about writing on how no one
thinks Hamlet's actions are strange until Polonius labels
him as one thing or another (note that Polonius first mentions
the word "mad" in II.I.84 and tells this to everyone else in
II.II.49. up to now, everyone chalks up Hamlet's strange
behavior to his sadness over his father's death.

Any one of these could provide you with hours of researching fun
and give your brain quite an intelectual work-out. Good luck.
