Ceasar's Ghost

Towards the end of the play Brutus says he has seen Ceasar's ghost again. When did this occur???
I remember Ceasar's Ghost says something to the effect that he will see him again in Phillipi but the reader never sees this encounter. Any suggestions why Bard didn't include the second sighting or did I just miss it?
