Everyone Wrote Hundreds of Sonnets?

That's quite a claim. Perhaps you'd care to mention
some names and sonnet sequences comparable to Sh's.
But even if so, so what? "Everyone" wrote plays too,
but no one produced anything comparable to the
Chronicle sequence of 8 plays, RII-RIII. Sh adopted
forms to his own purposes.
