But, on the issue of WS's sexuality, there is very little other than the facts of his life, which tend to support his heterosexuality. There is no indication by anyone in the position to know that WS was gay. Indeed, there are some stories (probably acrophyal, but who knows) that indicate he occupied his time with women.

All someone can do it look at the works and speculate. But the works give too many conflicting answers to be trustworthy as a guide.
