Could you give me some specific examples of postings gone awry?

I was wondering if this was happening. What it should be, I don't know.

To help me track down the problem, could those who've have some postings go awry please reply with details? This might make it easier to solve the problem.

Of course, a complete solution would require replacing this flat-file kind of forum with an on-the-fly database supported one using some tool like NeXT's Web Objects (is that what it's called?) or the Oracle WebServer. But that's a pricey and difficult option to pursue - and would require commercializing this site and hiring help.

I hope for now people will forgive a few flies in the ointment - as indeed, you all seem most willing to do!

And again, thanks for the generally favorable response to my efforts so far.
