Who are the real Romeo and Juliet?

I am doing an extra credit assignment on who the real Romeo
and Juliet are. I am trying to find a site that tells me
where they are from, how Shakespeare became to know them,
and what made him write tragedy on their lives. My only
problem is...I know they were real characters, but I don't
know where to find any information on them. Please help!
