HELP Gertrude as shallow, flighty or as strong-minded, intelligent?

Gertrude as a shallow, flighty, sensual woman whose character
is summarized by Hamlet in the woeds "Fraility, thy name is
woman" OR Gertrude as a strong-minded, intelligent, and
sensible woman whose "tragic flaw" is her desire for sexual
gratification? Suggestions and why?
