For a different reason

I'd say no, but not for the standard reason, but because I hate the usual logic that is used in selecting plays for high school. They always start by looking for one without dirty words (which usually means that old bore Caesar) or with imagined "relevance" (which usually means Romeo, on the specious assumption that identifying with teen lovers will make them able to appreciate the play, or something like Othello or Merchant, as a basis for supposed "discussion of the issues.") What they SHOULD do is reach for the most accessible and entertaining plays, the ones that have a chance of actually turning the kids on to Sh. (like Dream or Errors).
