HAMLET 3.4: Michael Pennington/Actors vs. Academic Reading?Performance Theory

My Shakespeare and Critical Theory Class on Tuesday is holding a
"Shakespeare Conference" in the style of theorists, academics,
actors etc. I have been assigned to role of playing Michael
Pennington, who played Hamlet (this is the only info I received
him. The discussion is specifically centered around Act 3, Scene
4, and will mainly be concerned with Acadmic reading of Shake.
vs. Performance, under the general scheme of Performance Theory.
Any knowledge in these areas would be helpful.
