I need help forming a thesis on "Fatherhood" in Hamlet

I have chosen a topic that should be realtively easy to find information on. King Hamlet and his father, Claudius and Hamlet, Polonius and his children, as well as the possibility that Ophelia might have been carrying Hamlet's baby. How should I go about trying to explain these connections? Do they all have similarities? I think there has to be a connection somewhere. Any help would be appreciated. Bless you all.
