Iago-- What are his internal and external CONFLICTS?

I am doing an essay on the internal and external conflicts
of Desdemona, Othello and Iago. I know the REASONS for why
Iago does what he does, but what are the conflicts he is
faceing? Besides Emilias interference at the end
and Roderigos decision to spill everything, I can't think
of any.
Also, Desdemonas conflicts??
Help please!!
